These exercises will help you cheer up, warm up your muscles, and start your day in a great mood.

Exercise 1 for morning exercises

Starting position  – square: Place your palms on the floor exactly under the shoulder joints, distribute your knees to the width of the pelvis, stretch your crown forward in the opposite direction from the feet, tighten your stomach, pulling the navel to the spine.

Actions:  Move your right hand to the side, maintaining a neutral body position, the pelvis is in a stable position, return to the starting position, repeat the exercise with the left hand. Do 15 reps for each arm.
